Being a Dad often means that we are spending a lot of time working to provide for our families and then coming home to be with the very family we are working so hard to take care of.  Because of this we often have long days and late nights.  With that being the case many of us never really get the rest we need to properly function at the top of our game, we may eat good, go to the gym, etc. but many of us rarely get the kind of sleep and rest that we really need to renew ourselves, not only for our own well being, but also for the sake of our families.
